City of Ridgefield, WA Invitation to Bid P24003-2: Park Laundry Site Cleanup The City of Ridgefield is seeking bids from highly qualified contractors to provide all labor, supplies, equipment, materials for remedial action at the former Park Laundry site (the Site) located at 122 N Main Avenue in Ridgefield, Washington (the Property). The Site includes the Property (owned by the City), the parcel to the south owned by the City (former Police Station), the adjacent Hinrich properties to the North, and portions of the adjoining public rights of way (Ecology facility site identification number 8100630, cleanup site identification number 4099). All work shall be completed in accordance with the attached Contract Plans and these Contract Provisions. This bid package outlines the remedial components for the proposed excavation remedial action at the Site (see Figures 1 and 2 in Attachment A and the Contract Plans). Contamination at the Site is related to tetrachloroethene (PCE) releases and trichloroethene (TCE; a PCE degradation product). Note: surface areas referenced herein are approximate and were calculated using CAD. The Work shall be fully complete within sixty (60) Working Days from the Notice to Proceed. A voluntary Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 10, 2024 in the RACC Conference Room located at 510 Pioneer Street, Suite B, Ridgefield, WA 98642 with an option to attend virtually.
