SEPA NOTICE - DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE (DNS) 2025-2030 Clark County Parks and Lands Capital Improvement Plan Adoption Clark County Public Works has issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Rules (Chapter 192-11 WAC) to adopt an update to the Parks and Lands Capital Improvement Plan for the years 2025 through 2030, as a non-project SEPA review required by law (RCW 36.81.121 and WAC 136.16.010). The plan identifies public works capital projects including acquisition, new construction, reconstruction, and major maintenance to maintain and enhance Clark Countys parks, recreation and open space system in unincorporated Clark County. After review of a completed environmental checklist and other supporting information on file with the agency, Clark County Public Works has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant impact on the environment. Project specific environmental impacts shall be evaluated during individual project design processes. The DNS is available electronically at https://www.clark.wa.gov/public-works/sepa. Copies are also available at no charge from David Stipe, Parks Planning and Development Manager, (564) 397-5881. The public is invited to comment on this DNS by submitting written comments no later than October 10, 2024, to david.stipe@clark.wa.gov. Written comments may also be submitted to David Stipe, Clark County Public Works, 1300 Franklin Street, PO Box 9810, Vancouver, WA 98666-9810. Sept. 25, Oct. 2 - 937240
