PUBLIC NOTICE Marrett Holdings LLC, Richard Garrett, po box 227, Yacolt, WA 98675, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecologys Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, 41st Street PUD, is located on Parcel 130056-005 in the SE 1/4 of sec 04, T1N, R4E of the WM, at the end of Z street and NE 41st Street in Washougal Washington 98671 in Clark County. This project involves 1.37 acres of soil disturbance for Residential, Utilities and Road construction activities. The receiving waterbody is the Washougal River. Any persons desiring to present their views to the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding this Application, or interested in Ecologys action on this Application, may notify Ecology in writing no later than 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice. Ecology reviews public comments and considers whether discharges from this project would cause a measurable change in receiving water quality, and, if so, whether the project is necessary and in the overriding public interest according to Tier II anti-degradation requirements under WAC 173-201A-320.
