ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS OWNER: CITY OF WASHOUGAL ADDRESS: 1701 C Street Washougal, WA 98671 Separate sealed bids for N 6th St/ N 8th St Concrete Pavement Repair Project Consisting of: Work will consist of concrete pavement repairs along N 6th and N 8th Streets in Washougal. Work will include removing portions of the existing concrete road and replacing it in kind or sawcutting existing cracks to install crack repair material. Will be received by: CITY OF WASHOUGAL At the office of: CITY OF WASHOUGAL, CITY HALL, 1701 C STREET Until 2:00PM on October 27, 2021 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. CONTRACT PROVISIONS, PLANS, AND BID PROPOSAL forms may be obtained by going to the Citys website at https://www.cityofwashougal.us/Bids.aspx This website provides Bidders with free access to these documents with the ability to download and view plan sets and any addenda. No bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the Instructions to Bidders upon the bid form provided in the Contract Documents and accompanied by a bid bond executed in favor of the Owner in an amount equal to no less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Washougal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities. No bidder may withdraw or modify his bid after the hour set for the opening and thereafter until the lapse of thirty (30) days from the bid opening. Attention is called to the minimum wages as set forth in the contract documents.
