CITY OF RIDGEFIELD Ridgefield, Washington Invitation To Bid Gee Creek Trail Heron Drive to Abrams Park The City of Ridgefield is seeking bids from highly qualified contractors to provide all labor, supplies, equipment, materials for the improvement of the Gee Creek Trail Heron Drive to Abrams Park including installation of new sidewalk curb ramps, flashing pedestrian beacons, HMA paved trail, concrete slabs, split rail fences, painted striping and symbols, gravity block walls, landscaping, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Work shall be fully complete within 10 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed. Bid packages may be picked up at J2 Blue Print Supply Co, located at 8100 NE St. Johns Road, Suite B101, Vancouver, Washington. The City of Ridgefield places great importance on the integrity and accuracy of the official plan holders list. Therefore, each bidder will be required to register at the following email address: Bid@j2b.com. Once registered, bidders will receive a username login, password and download rights. Users may then download bid documents from the J2 plan center. Users will be notified by email containing a link which will provide all project updates and addenda. No other plan centers are authorized to disseminate bid packages. The fees for obtaining a bid package are non-refundable. Registration as a plan holder is included with the purchase of a bid package, and is required to obtain Contract Addenda. All project specific questions, requests for substitutions, or requests for clarification must be sent to Julia Denton, Procurement Specialist, via email to Bids@ridgefieldwa.us and be received by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 Incomplete or late inquiries may not be considered. Sealed bids must be received by the City no later than 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) Tuesday, May 25, 2021. Submissions received after the specified time will not be accepted. The City of Ridgefield is not responsible for delays in delivery. Official delivery time shall be documented by City affixed time/date stamp.
