NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City Council Public Hearing: Declare Surplus December 16,2019 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IN THE MATTER OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSAL TO DECLARE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SURPLUS Pursuant to RCW 35.94.040, the City Council shall hold a public hearing in the matter of the determination for declaring surplus certain city real property. The parcels to be considered for surplus are described as follows: Assessors parcel numbers 159145-010 and 159147-000 consisting of approximately 15.02 acres. The real property is more particularly described as follows: PARCEL I Lot 3 of SHORT PLATS, recorded in Book 3 of SHORT PLATS, page 661, recorded December 22, 2005, under Auditors File No. 4101500, records of Clark County, Washington PARCEL II The Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 12, Township 2 North, Range 2 East of the Willamette Meridian, Clark County, Washington. EXCEPT the following described property: A parcel of property in the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 12,Township 2 North, Range 2 East of the Willamette Meridian, Clark County, Washington, described as follows: COMMENCING at the Northwest corner of said Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 12; thence South 013303 West along the West line of said Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 12, a distance of 51.73 feet; thence continuing south 013303 West along said West line 112.87 feet; thence South 881257Est 631.58 feet to a point that is 30.00 feet West of, when measured at right angles to, the East line of said Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 12; thence North 013355 East parallel with said East line 164.55 feet to a point on the North line of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 12; thence North 881244 West 631.50 feet to the true Point of Beginning.
