CITY OF VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #24-19 (RFP) DIRECT DIGITAL CONTROL REPLACEMENT/UPGRADE The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from highly qualified firms for the Direct Digital Control Replacement/Upgrade Project. Request for Proposal packets may be examined at Vancouver City Hall, document viewing table, 1st Floor Lobby, 415 W. 6th Street, Vancouver, Washington 98660 or at: https://vancouver.procureware.com. The City of Vancouver reserves the right to cancel this request or reject any and all proposals submitted or to waive any minor formalities of this call if the best interest of the City would be served. Sealed responses will be received by Procurement Services of the City of Vancouver, Washington up to the hour of 3:00 a.m., Wednesday August 7th, 2019. Proposals delivered later will not be accepted. The City of Vancouver is not responsible for delays in delivery. Responses by FAX or EMAIL will NOT be accepted. The City of Vancouver in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises, as defined in 49 CFR part 26, will be afforded full opportunity to submit qualification statements in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin or sex in consideration for an award.
