NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2019 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS The City of Camas reviews its Comprehensive Plan and map once a year. The City received the following five applications: -Sui Hui Property (CPA19-01); -Rouse Property (CPA19-02); -Knopp Property (CPA19-03); -Camas Crossing (CPA19-04); and -Evergreen School Districts Capital Facility Plan (CPA19-06). The city also proposed amendments to the map designations in the vicinity of NW 10th Avenue and NW Hill Street (Refer to File #CPA19-05). Information on the individual applications is available online at: www.cityofcamas.us/2019cpa Planning Commission held a public hearing on all proposals and is forwarding a recommendation to City Council. City Council shall render a final decision at the public hearing. Public Hearing: A public hearing will be held before the City Council on September 16, 2019, after 7:00 p.m., at City Hall, located at 616 NE Fourth Avenue, Camas. Information: The current comprehensive plan and zoning maps are available to view on the citys website. Three days prior to the meeting, a staff report and associated application materials are available to review on the citys website at the Minutes & Agendas page (http://www.cityofcamas.us/yourgovernment/minuteagendavideo). Comment/Participate: Legislative public hearings follow the process described within Camas Municipal Code 18.55.320. Further information on participation in this legislative action may be obtained at the Municipal Building, 616 Northeast Fourth Avenue or by contacting Community Development Department staff. All citizens are entitled to have equal access to the services, benefits and programs of the City of Camas. Please contact the City Clerk at (360) 834-6864 for special accommodations if needed. The City will provide translators for non-English speaking persons who request assistance at least three working days prior to a public meeting or hearing.
