SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION 60 DAYS Case No.: 18C1609-4 IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON FOR THE COUNTY OF CLARK LEOPOLDO RAMIREZ, Plaintiff, vs. FELIPE LEDESMA, individually, and FELIPE LEDESMA doing business as LEDESMA CONCRETE SERVICES aka THE BEST CONCRETE SERVICES Defendants. The object of this action is for a money judgment against Defendant for non-payment of Defendants debt to Plaintiff arising out of a loan made by Plaintiff to Defendant. Defendant entered into an oral contract for a personal loan from Plaintiff in the amount of $10,000. Defendant agreed to make monthly payments on the loan until such time as he could pay off the debt in full, including all accrued interest. Defendant also agreed to pay for the replacement cost of equipment he and/or his employees or agents took from Plaintiff. Defendant has refused or otherwise failed to continue to make monthly payments as promised. Defendant has not made any payments for the equipment that was taken as promised.
