THE ESTATE OF JAMES RAYFIELD CARTER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; STATE OF WASHINGTON; OCCUPANTS OF THE PREMISES; and any persons or parties claiming to have any right, title, estate, lien, or interest in the real property described in the complaint, Defendants TO: ESTATE OF JAMES RAYFIELD CARTER, STATE OF WASHINGTON, and OCCUPANTS OF THE PREMISES A writ of execution has been issued in the above captioned case, directed to the sheriff of Clark County, commanding the sheriff as follows: WHEREAS, in the above-entitled court, Plaintiff, secured a judgment and decree of foreclosure (Judgment) against Defendants ESTATE OF JAMES RAYFIELD CARTER, STATE OF WASHINGTON, and OCCUPANTS OF THE PREMISES in the amount of $244,820.51 together with interest at a variable rate per annum, $18.60 per diem from JUNE 9, 2017, the day after interest good through on the Judgment, to MAY 15, 2018, the date of Judgment entry, in the amount of $6,324.00; WHEREAS, post-judgment interest is accruing on $251,144.51 from MAY 16, 2018, until the date of sale at 12% per annum, $82.56 per diem; WHEREAS, the Judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a deed of trust mortgage on the real property (Property) at 9902 NW 3rd Court, Vancouver, WA 98685 and described in Exhibit 1 attached hereto; WHEREAS, on MAY 15, 2018 the Court ordered that all of the Property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorneys fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property.
