NOCE AKA JAMES ALLEN NOCE, DECEASED; CHRIS NOCE AND JANE DOE NOCE, HUSBAND AND WIFE; AND UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION OR UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS in the amount of $428,607.39 together with interest at the rate of 6.2000% per annum, $50.9600 per diem from APRIL 1, 2017, the day after interest good through on the Judgment, to MAY 22, 2018, the date of Judgment entry, in the amount of $21,199.36; WHEREAS, post-judgment interest is accruing on $449,806.75, from MAY 23, 2018 until the date of sale at 12% per annum, $147.88 per diem; WHEREAS, the Judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a deed of trust mortgage on the real property (Property) at 5106 NW DANIELS ST, VANCOUVER, WA 98663 and described in Exhibit 1 attached hereto; WHEREAS, on MAY 22, 2018 the Court ordered that all of the Property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorneys fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property.
