A Default Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure was entered and docketed in this case on April 20, 2018. The Judgment was entered in favor of the Judgment Creditor: FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, 10500 Kincaid Drive, Suite 300, Fishers, IN, 46037 against the UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF PATRICIA C. SCHULTZ, In Rem (Judgment Debtor), with a money award in the amount of $127,641.11, plus post-judgment interest at the rate of 3.5000% per annum from April 20, 2018 to date of sale, accruing at $12.24 per diem, and whereas said judgment is a foreclosure without deficiency judgment, eight month redemption period.
NOW, THEREFORE, IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, you are hereby commanded to sell, in the manner prescribed by law for the sale of real property on execution (subject to redemption of 8 months), all of the interest that the Defendant had on April 18, 2013, the date of the Deed of Trust, and also the interest that the Defendant had thereafter acquired, in the real property described as follows:
UNIT 5-A OF PARK PLACE CONDOMINIUMS OF VANCOUVER, FORMERLY NORWOOD VILLA CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN VOLUME "H" OF PLATS, PAGE 081, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, RECORDED UNDER AUDITOR'S FILE NO. 8010090157, RECORDS OF CLARK COUNTY, WASHINGTON. SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF CLARK, STATE OF WASHINGTON.
APN/Parcel No. 110085-744 and commonly known as: 7006 NE 43RD ST., Unit 5A, VANCOUVER, WA 98661.
Sale of the property is to satisfy the sum listed above, plus the costs incurred in performing this Order of Sale. You are to make the return within 60 days after issuance by the court. For purposes of sale, the Order may be automatically extended for 30 days.
The sale date has been set for October 5, 2018. YOU MAY HAVE A RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY from the sale under statutes of this state, including sections 6.13.010, 6.13.030, 6.13.040, 6.15.010, and 6.15.060 of the Revised Code of Washington, in the manner described in those statutes.
