A writ of execution has been issued in the above captioned case, directed to the sheriff of Clark County, commanding the sheriff as follows:
A Default Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure was entered and docketed in this case on 6/23/2017. The Judgment was entered in favor of the Judgment Creditor: BANK OF AMERICA, NA, 7105 Corporate Drive, Plano, TX, 75024 against Unknown Heirs, Spouse, Legatees, and Devisees of Jeff Hensley, Deceased, In Rem (Judgment Debtor), with a money award in the amount of $123,013.63, plus post judgment interest at a variable rate from 6/23/2017 to date of sale, and whereas said judgment is a foreclosure without deficiency judgment, eight month redemption period. On 8/8/2017 an order was filed to reduce the redemption period to zero months.
NOW, THEREFORE, IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, you are hereby commanded to sell, in the manner prescribed by law for the sale of real property on execution (subject to redemption of zero months), all of the interest that the Defendant had on January 31, 2005, the date of the Deed of Trust, and also the interest that the Defendant had thereafter acquired, in the real property described as follows:
LOT 27, BELLWOOD HEIGHTS PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN VOLUME "311" OF PLATS, PAGE 168, RECORDS OF CLARK COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
APN/Parcel No. 213513200 and commonly known as: 1820 N 8th Way, Ridgefield, WA 98642-9699.
Sale of the property is to satisfy the sum listed above, plus the costs incurred in performing this Order of Sale. You are to make the return within 60 days after issuance by the court. For purposes of sale, the Order may be automatically extended for 30 days.
The sale date has been set for November 27, 2017. YOU MAY HAVE A RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY from the sale under statutes of this state, including sections 6.13.010, 6.13.030, 6.13.040, 6.15.010, and 6.15.060 of the Revised Code of Washington, in the manner described in those statutes.
