Amendments to
Camas Municipal Code
Wireless Communication Facilities
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, June 19, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., or soon thereafter in Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 616 NE Fourth Avenue, Camas, Washington, before the Camas City Council.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to legislatively review and take public testimony on proposed amendments to the Camas Municipal Code (CMC) specifically to repeal and replace Chapter 18.35 - Telecommunication Ordinance with a new Chapter 18.35 - Wireless Communication Facilities.

The Draft CMC Chapter 18.35- Wireless Communication Facilities is also available for review on the city's website at http://www.cityofcamas.us/index.php/yourgovernment/publicnotices. Comment: Legislative public hearings follow the process described within Camas Municipal Code Chapter 18, Section 18.55.320. Comments related to this legislative action may be submitted as follows: (1) In person by testifying at the public hearing; (2) by regular mail to Camas Community Development Department, Attention to: Phil Bourquin, Community Development Director, at 616 Northeast Fourth Avenue, Camas, WA 98607; or (3) by email to: communitydevelopment@cityofcamas.us.
Accessibility: All citizens are entitled to have access to the services, benefits and programs of the City of Camas. Please contact the City Clerk at (360) 817-1591 for special accommodations if needed. The City will provide translators for non-English speaking persons who request assistance at least three working days prior to a public meeting or hearing.
